A public hearing (Case 2015-4) will be held on September 16, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. for an application by Heath Mitchell, 116 Taylor Road, Peterborough NH for a variance from Article II Section L of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a common driveway for lots R2, 17 and R2 17-3.  The shared portion of the driveway exists for access to a home on lot R2 17.  The Greenfield Planning Board feels that a variance to the definition of “Frontage” is necessary since the common driveway is wholly located on lot R 2 17 and is not part of the frontage for lot R2 17-3.
